Elegant Pre-War Details Together With Modern Conveniences

Constructed in 1910, The Manchester is a classic, graciously proportioned pre-war apartment house that combines grand old-world Beaux Arts era details with modern amenities and conveniences.

A co-op since 1983, our building – which includes twelve floors and one hundred and eight apartments – provides residents with both comprehensive, exceptional staffing and a wide range of services and amenities:

Residents’ apartments feature commanding ten foot ceilings and gracious layouts. Many apartments retain their lovely pre-war architectural details: from parquet wood floors, beamed ceilings and mahogany doors to transoms, french doors, faux fireplaces and black and white tiled bathroom floors.
